Base metals that had noted sharp slide last week following selloff in global equity markets and gains in US Dollar rebounded on Tuesday.
LME Nickel was the top performer with 2.7% gains followed by 2.6% jump in Zinc and 2.3% rally in Copper prices.
Retreat in US Dollar for second straight session was the major factor lifting prices higher.
The gains in Aluminium were however capped following huge build up in stocks at LME warehouses. Aluminium stocks at LME rose by 158,925 tonnes in a single day.
